This is my first sound i've done. What i use to make the sound was a plastic ziplock bag and just crunching it around.

A sound i made for when the player exits enters and exits their inventory. Recorded using a zoomh1 and edited in adobe audition.

I created this with marantz 1000u in audacyty, for my video. . But hey, it's so cool(!) so, i publish it.

Rather cluttered sound of a kitchen door being closed. Probably a bag full of recyclable aluminum and steel cans hanging on the doorknob when the door was shut.

A plastic bag, paper wrapper and other materials were recorded individually being rubbed. I then layered them in audacity to be played over each other. From the resulting layered sound i generated this 10 second loop. Sounds like a mellow rain upon the ground or a slow crackling fire. Recorded using a blue yeti microphone at 16-bit 44100hz in audacity. Attribution appreciated but not required.

I recorded this sound back in 2002. This was recorded putting a mic up to and into the plastic syrup bag used for soda.

The sounds of industrial environment as you walk down the neighborhood, you hear a bell chime from a bicycle and a random kick into some plastic material. Soon after a motorbike passes by and the sound of people chattering. Next a trucks hydraulics releasing air.

Pouring pellets into a bowl: here cat food is being poured into a metal bowl. You can hear the crackling of the bag, the metallic clatter of pellets hitting the bowl. Different temp’s can be found due to the speed in which the pellets were being poured. Recorded with the zoom h6, rode ntg.

This is the ambience inside the elevator in a shopping center that's going up 2 floors; there's 2 women riding it besides me: one is carrying a full shopping bag and the other is texting on her iphone. I recorded this with my pocket digital voice recorder.

Now this sfx is my pride and joy. I acted quickly to get materials to work together to make this sound. I pulled a rope through the belt-eyes of some short pants, which would be the ropes releasing from the bag. Then i fluttered the pants to sound asif wind and the parachute material was colliding, making the sound so much more convincing.

Several very satisfying pops of large plastic bubble packing. Not bubble wrap, these ones are much large, about 20x as big. They are more like small balloons. Some nice crackling plastic rustling sounds in there too, why not. The first one is a bit hot, but i turned down the mic for the other ones.

This is an under water recording of some bubbles. I filled up a laundry bin with water, stuck a sennheisser md21 (dynamic omnimic) wrapped in a plastic bag in there (under the water level). I pumped bubbles from the bottom of the bin through a bicycle pump. Gear used: md21 -> m-audio dmp3 -> terratec ewx2496. Completely unprocessed, 2:43 of 24 bit 44khz wave. This is a raw recording of what is meant to be a grass sound effect. Was made using a cloth bag and some utensil wrappers inside of it to make a crinkly crunching sound. Recomended to add effects to it as needed and as such left it as a raw sample, though even baseline it mostly gets the effect.

Sound i made using a whale mating call, otter squealing, plastic bag as rain, and buses outside of my class. Tried to make a blade runner type vehicle taking off and i also tried to create some ambience to go along with the moody blade runner type of style i was going for.

Late winter snow storm last night in the detroit area 3-3-23 around 9pm est. Was attempting to record thundersnow but by the time i found my batteries the thunder and lightning stopped. Threw my zoom h1n under a plastic cloths basket just incase the thunder started back up, but no luck. This is a short clip of the original hour long recording. You'll hear, sleet, snow & wind.

Me playing around with some zips and clothing to get various sounds. There are two types of zips recorded. One for a piano bag and one for a recorder case. The clothing is two types of hard and softer more malleable jean material. Recorded with zoomh5 at 96hz. Raw file recordings with a bit of noise reduction.
